Q: If I want to propose a preservation project to contributing site(s) in the Historic District, how do I go about that?

A: You can suggest projects to either the Common Board or Foundation for consideration of the appropriate entity to undertake. To present a proposal to the Foundation for a project, complete a Funding Request Form and submit the form to the President of the Foundation.

 

 

Q: Can I specify/earmark my donation to the Foundation for a specific purpose?

A: Yes, if the project has already been approved by the Foundation.  If no project exists at the time, you may donate to the general fund and ask the Foundation to consider your suggestion for a project.  If the Foundation does not approve the requested project, your donation will be added to the general fund.
